Loved your suggestions and tips!
Avocados are very adaptable and great Snacks too... One fifth only has 50 calories, 3 grams of monounsaturated fat (the good fat), 0 cholesterol and sodium, and 1 gram of dietary fiber.

I'm a huge avocado fan. In fact, it wouldn't be a stretch to say it's my favorite food in the world. I always tell my boys that avocados are the one food I won't share with them. I like to eat them diced up and gently mixed into a salad with halved grape tomatoes and crumbled feta cheese .. and then topped with a light Italian dressing or evoo. Kosher salt is a must.
